- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a primary focus on the Semiconductor industry
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and distributors
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions to support sales conversion
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans while monitoring the progress of active projects
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including participation in trade events and digital initiatives
- A Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales and channel development
- Solid understanding of fluid handling systems, including instrumentation, valves, or couplings
- Familiarity with Semiconductor, Chemical, or Oil & Gas industries is advantageous
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset
