Lead and manage the Pharmaceutical Sales team across Malaysia. Drive sales growth in Oncology and Respiratory drug portfolios. Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Private and Government Hospitals. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Monitor sales team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical industry. Proven expertise in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a focus on Private and Government Hospitals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset and ability to devise effective sales strategies. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or a related field (preferred).
