As a Project Quality Engineer, you will oversee quality activities throughout the APQP process, including preparing control plans, setting quality targets, developing inspection tools, tracking trial product performance, resolving issues, and handling DV/PV testing and PPAP submission. You'll also manage customer complaints by leading root cause analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, you&aposll maintain IATF16949 and ISO14001 systems, coordinate audits, and ensure certification compliance. New Project Quality Management Responsible for APQP activities including quality control plan, quality objectives, inspection tool development, trial product tracking, DV/PV validation follow-up, and PPAP submission. Identify and escalate potential quality risks during design, validation, and process development stages. Participate in change reviews, manage quality risks, and evaluate change approvals. Quality Standard & Specification Setup Develop and maintain product inspection standards and specifications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize inspection processes and train relevant personnel. Maintain project-related quality documents such as control plans and inspection reports. Quality Issue Handling Lead customer complaint handling and follow-up actions. Use quality tools to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Monitor customer feedback and manage on-site service personnel. Continuous Quality Improvement Provide quality training for inspectors, operators, and engineers. Track company-level KPIs, organize reviews, and follow up on unachieved targets. Maintain IATF16949/ISO14001 systems and coordinate audits. Continuously optimize internal processes and analyze quality data for reporting. Others Support other quality-related tasks as needed. Requirements: Understanding quality management system such as ISO 9001, IATF16949 standard and project development process; understanding ISO14001 standard; at least two years relevant working experience. Familiar the basic methods and tools of quality control, such as statistical process control (SPC), sampling inspection, measurement system analysis (MSA), etc Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, and can use 5WHY, fishbone diagram, TBP and other quality tools to accurately find out the root cause of quality problems and propose effective solutions.
