Senior Engineer Capacity Planning (IE)

- Responsible for capacity planning (process equipment planning) and ramp readiness.
- Responsible for planning premises and basic data maintenance.
- Coordinate equipment release to meet the ramp plan.
- Optimize production efficiency and minimize gap between actual performance vs planning.
- Responsible for invest cost planning and spending according to plan figure.
- Responsible in raising purchase order ramp; ensure delivery.
- Degree in business, supply chain, IT related or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in semiconductor logistics/supply chain/manufacturing.
- Experience in Production Planning with internal and external partners.
- Able to communicate and work together with all level of people.
- Posses good analytical skill to perform deviation management.
- Familiar with SAP, Tableau, VBA which are required to support daily operation and report development and creation.
