The role will support the project team on a fast moving project. You will be interacted with General Contractor's, Client, Vendors and Consultants to ensure all aspects of the project are completed on time and within the SOW.

Own project scope, quality, safety, schedule for construction.
To liaise with Project Manager on all quality issues.
To assist the Project Manager in implementing quality practices at site.
To conduct QC inspections on-site to ensure that the construction aligns with the BIM model and that no clashes are present on-site.
To follow through on all NCRs and complaints as directed by the QA/QC Manager.
To submit supplier's catalogue and shop drawings to the Client through ACC and Procore for Client review and approval.
To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
Attend meetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall project standards, procedures and requirements.
Identify and report any safety hazards or discrepancies to the Safety Engineer / Project Manager.
Assist with punch list items and final inspections.
Assist in as-built drawings and documentation preparations.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering related or equivalent.
2 - 3 years of relevant Quality Control / Coordinator experience.
Knowledge of reporting, quality inspection, and supervise workers.
Proficient in computer Microsoft office and planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
