- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques and stock control procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately maintain records and perform data entry tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory counts and documentation.
- Able to speak and write in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, stock reporting, data entry)
- Assist storekeeper in inbound/outbound orthotics stock, storage, and proper shelf arrangement
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns, using computerized systems.
- Verify supplier deliveries with storekeeper and match them with purchase orders
- Perform regular stock checks and ensure inventory matches system records
- Use Microsoft Excel to update inventory reports and track data.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- Conduct stock counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods
- Coordinate with sales and purchasing departments for stock replenishment in timely matter.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents.
- Support the Storekeeper in implementing improvements to the storeroom operations and inventory management processes.
