Degree Level: Bachelor'sJob Description:Job PurposeLead, plan and manage the implementing of retail related Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities in compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements within the framework of standard operating procedures and key performance standards to ensure good condition of systems and infrastructure in the facilities are safe and well function for customer's comfort and satisfaction.Main Accountabilities * Operation & Maintenance Leading and managing Facilities' Maintenance strategies to ensure Reliability and Sustainability of facility's equipment and systems in accordance with KPS, SOPs and Maintenance Agreement.
  • Performance Management Leading, consolidating and managing the approved OPEX & CAPEX's Budgets for all Services for effective cost management.
  • HSE, Risk Management & Compliance Leading, reviewing and managing all established Policies & Procedures as well as Performance Standards and programs required for the Maintenance of facilities in line with the requirements of Quality, Governance, Risk and Assurance.
  • Business Management & Leadership Establishing business relationship with the relevant Stakeholders to foster good working relationship and teamwork.
  • Sustainability Asset Management Driving Continuous enhancement's initiatives through the adoption of the latest technology for Energy Conservation and Corporate Social Responsibility to support KLCC Group's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Strategizing and aligning the Facility's Maintenance Programs for Assurance on Building Integrity to ensure compliance to Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation & Technology Management Developing, leading and organizing the implementation of latest technology and innovation initiatives to preserve and enhance the Assets' value.
  • People Management Developing leadership qualities in Subordinate(s) thru coaching and continuous engagement on PETRONAS Cultural Beliefs and KLCC Group's Shared Values for a High-Performance Culture.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or any related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 Years' Experience in Facilities Management (FM) and / or Retail Industry.
  • Technical / Functional Skills: Proven experience as Facility Manager or related position.
  • Well-versed in Technical / Engineering's Operations and FM best practices.
  • Knowledge in Basic Accounting and Finance principles.
  • Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills
  • Good Analytical / Critical Thinking and Attention to Details.
