- Manage and monitor product support sales team performance covering sales call planning, sales coverage, sales performance, inspection, and sales pipeline
- Effectively promote and drive parts campaigns/programs/promotions amongst the sales team
- Report competitive activities by conducting regular analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses
- Provide sales support to sales team & liaise with principal pertaining to product issues, development & implementation of sales plan
- Develop sales training program for sales team covering both technical and soft skills
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales
- Must be able to communicate well at all levels
- Ability to analyze, organize and administer
- Knowledge of PC and software especially spreadsheet is necessary
- Ability to plan, organize and interpret sales and market trends/ information
- Must possess adaptability to changes, new ideas and instructions
