Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving efficiency and value through procurement We are looking for a results-driven Manager, Procurement to lead the end-to-end procurement and contract management functions across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring transparency, compliance, and cost efficiency while developing strategic supplier partnerships and overseeing the Source-to-Procure framework. You will manage the full procurement operations cycle-including Cost of Sales contract administration, PR, PO, and GRPO-while championing continuous improvement to optimize financial performance. Here&aposs How You Will Add Value: Strategic Procurement Develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships to meet business needs and maximize value. Implement systematic methods to drive cost efficiency and process effectiveness. Establish agile frameworks (e.g., catalog/unit rate contracts) to reduce time-to-procure for recurring items. Leadership & Team Management Lead the planning and implementation of Procurement Policy, Framework, and Source-to-Procure initiatives. Oversee knowledge management, documentation, and transition of new procurement processes. Guide budget owners and requestors in performance monitoring, cost controls, and compliance. Departmental Operations Manage tender exercises ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance. Develop and review procurement policies and standards in line with operational needs. Analyze purchasing trends, identify cost-saving opportunities (e.g., OPEX optimization), and manage Cost-of-Sales contracts. Ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements (ABAC, Trade, Sanctions, ESG, etc.). Champion process improvements, automation, and standardization across the Source-to-Procure cycle. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across business units and corporate functions. Procurement Execution & Operational Requirements Assess suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, and balance cost, quality, and risk. Manage the full procurement cycle: Purchase Requisition (PR): validation and approvals Purchase Order (PO): creation, amendments, and cancellations Goods Receipt PO (GRPO): monitoring for accuracy and timeliness Cost-of-Sales contracts: administration and alignment with financial and operational objectives General & Accountability Prepare departmental reports, records, and audit-ready documentation. Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned. Ensure transparent and compliant procurement practices, and provide training on procurement policy and governance to stakeholders. What you&aposll need to succeed: Qualifications Candidate must posess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce or related field. Work Experience 7 + years of working experience in procurement function, preferably in MNC. 3 + years in a managerial position in Procurement function is desirable. Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and sourcing of materials and services. Skilled in contract strategy, negotiation, and administration with focus on long-term value. Able to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and perform well under pressure. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills in dynamic, high-growth environments. Agile mindset with proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and engage senior management. Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Proficient in ERP/procurement systems (preferably SAP) and process improvement initiatives.
