Analyze campaign performance and other marketing metrics, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights for future optimization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive branding and communication. Support marketing efforts with administrative tasks and project management as needed. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and Google Analytics. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
