- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Passion for the F&B industry with knowledge of Seafood cuisine being a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Assist in the overall management of the F&B operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards.
- Conduct manpower planning, scheduling, and supervision of staff to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to uphold quality and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.
