Job Description Oversees whole contract function including tender, procurement of material , review and selection of suppliers and sub-contractors, contract management, budget and cost control Provide sound leadership in planning, managing, problems solving and decision making Advise the management from all aspect of contract issues Develop a contract policy and system to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of pre and post contract management Communicate with all level of people with sound interpersonal skill and provide strong support to project team Negotiate with supplier and sub-contractor to achieve overall project budget Process business acumen and sensitive to market trends and pricing in order to secure new jobs with optimum returns.
