The question is - are you a difference-maker Objectives of this role: Ensure the organization's cloud, systems, and infrastructure are secure, reliable, and scalable. Integrate cloud platforms to enable seamless business operations. Optimize infrastructure performance and cost efficiency through automation CICD and best practices. Support digital transformation initiatives by leveraging modern cloud and infrastructure technologies. Enhance IT service delivery and system availability for internal and external users. Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud solutions; develop IaC templates; automate deployments; manage backups, disaster recovery, and security. System Administration: Maintain and optimize Windows/Linux servers; manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, and file services; monitor performance; manage IT assets. Network & Infrastructure: Configure and secure network devices; manage VPNs, firewalls, storage systems, and virtualization platforms; liaise with vendors. Security & Compliance: Implement IAM, encryption, and access controls; ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards. Support & Collaboration: Provide L2/L3 support; work with cross-functional teams; maintain documentation and SOPs. Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in cloud engineering , system administration , and infrastructure management . Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency with Windows Server and/or Linux OS. Networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls). Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Terraform). Preferred skills and qualifications: Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, RHCE, MCSE). Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, CloudWatch, Grafana, Azure Monitor). Knowledge of backup solutions (Cloud-native backup tools).
