Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for after-sales which focus on customer service best practices which including effective communication skills, handling customer complaints and resolving issues etc. Develop and deliver Standard Service Process training. Conduct Standard Service Process assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure team competency. Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide feedback for improvement. Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and market trends. Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure training programs align with business objectives. Support sales training programs as needed. Create training reports and Analyze training effectiveness. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales non-technical training in automotive industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with automotive technical knowledge is a plus Ability to assess trainee learning and provide constructive feedback Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with e-learning platforms a plus. Experience in Electric Vehicle is a plus. Language: English/Bahasa Malaysia, mandarin is plus. Willing to travel regionally to conduct training sessions. Show more Show less
