Job description To plan, delegate to Head of Project / assist PM and monitor the project To motivate and upkeep the morale of the project team To perform tasks delegated and instructed by Project Manager To assist in all contractual matters such as interim, final, variation orders and extension of time claims between client or its representative, consultants and sub-contractors and etc. To activate and monitor the documentation at site effectively To monitor the work program. To manage and achieve the targets of the project Establish a safety management system in line with site safety policy reflecting the characteristic of the project and the condition of the site Ensure the setting up of safety procedure, rules and regulation and safety training plan to meet the project needs To evaluate the performances of the sub-contractors, staff and suppliers. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management To assists on implementation of Quality Management SystemRequirements Education Level : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Engineering OR those with vast experience acceptable by the company Familiar with the contract document, authorities requirements and Acts.
