Senior AR Analyst

• Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain positive cash flow.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline AR processes and enhance accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to AR.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
