- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Tourism / F&B (preferred, but not always mandatory).
- 1-2 years in F&B service, hostess, or guest relations (restaurant, lounge, or hotel).
- Experience handling VIPs, fine dining, or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Knowledge of F&B operations, reservations systems (SevenRooms) is advantage
- Good grooming and professional appearance
- Strong teamwork skills (liaising with kitchen, service, and events teams).
- Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly at the restaurant / lobby lounge.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations.
- Escort guests to tables and present menus.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate with service staff to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Handle special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, celebrations, VIP setups).
- Liaise between guests and kitchen/service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with events/banquet teams for private dining or functions.
- Support F&B Manager in monitoring service quality standards.
- Maintain guest preference records (e.g., favorite wine, seating choice).
- Prepare daily guest relations reports for the F&B Manager.
- Assist in training new staff on guest interaction and service etiquette.
