- To support for day-to-day HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management.
- Assist in the recruitment process including documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.
- To support new hire on-boarding activities including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation etc.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of training materials including presentations etc.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation and attendee communication.
- Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Management or any related field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills in corporate environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Internship positions available for intake starting January 2025 and onward.

- Experience in video editing, translation, graphic design, presentation creation, or similar skills is a plus.
- Open to Local Students who are required to complete an internship as part of their academic program.
