- Lead the boutique team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage staff, sales, and operations to maintain high standards and deliver a luxury experience.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager on annual strategies, objectives, and the implementation of sales targets, KPIs, and action plans.
- Develop partnerships with concierges and intermediaries while applying provided Retail guidelines.
- Conduct regular market share bench marking and generate monthly reports.
- Act as an Ambassador both inside and outside the store, delivering the highest level of service to customers.
- Professionally handle customer service and client issues, implementing an effective data capture and follow-up system.
- Conduct regular checks with the team during daily briefings.
- Manage store staff and security guards, conducting daily briefings and "one-to-one" meetings with sales staff.
- Evaluate, set objectives, and propose staff evolution plans in terms of benefits, bonus, and career development.
- Delegate operational activities, establish clear responsibilities, and implement commercial actions.
- Transmit documents to the Area Manager for commission calculations.
- Implement guidelines for compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures.
- Ensure full implementation of the store checklist, including merchandising and catering.
- Analyse Mystery shopping feedback and set up corrective action plans.
- Organise CRM activities and manage events to enhance market presence.
- Control the quality of the database, handle relationships and commissions with intermediaries and third parties.
- Control store expenses, ensure accurate daily traffic counting, and maintain the store appropriately.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury goods and the ability to represent the brand effectively.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
