We are looking for a versatile and security-conscious IT Support & Platform Operations Specialist to join our team. This role bridges technical support for end users of our internal OSS platform and day-to-day administration of internal IT systems , primarily within our Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, etc.). You will be the first point of contact for user support, incident resolution, and platform-related issues while also ensuring compliance, security, and operational continuity across our digital environment. The ideal candidate is consulting-minded , autonomous, and comfortable balancing technical troubleshooting , platform maintenance , and end-user enablement in a fast-paced and regulated environment. Responsibilities Platform Support & Operations Provide first- and second-line support to users using our platform (internally and externally). Triage user feedback and platform issues, escalating to the development team when needed. Support ongoing maintenance and operational monitoring of our platform Document known issues, guides, and troubleshooting steps for platform users and internal reference. IT Systems Administration & Support Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Azure AD , Exchange Online , Teams , SharePoint , and Intune amongst others. Support internal users with troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues across Windows/Mac systems. Monitor system health and compliance posture, ensuring updates and security patches are applied. Provision and manage user accounts, devices, roles, and security policies. Security & Compliance Focus Enforce IT security best practices, aligned with company policy and regulatory requirements. Implement and support MFA, conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and endpoint protection policies. Participate in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of security operations. Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams on data protection, compliance, and incident response. IT Operations & Process Support Maintain IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding processes. Provide structured documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams. Collaborate with management on IT-related strategy, procurement, and planning. Profile Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Native Mandarin speaker with solid written and spoken English . 3+ years of experience in IT support, Microsoft systems, and end-user support. Experience working in or with consulting firms , or managing external/internal user relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management (Intune). Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell), automation, and ticketing systems. Security & Compliance Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles , including identity/access management, DLP, endpoint protection, and encryption. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, or local equivalents) is a plus. Soft Skills Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Autonomous and structured in work execution. Team player with a service-oriented attitude. Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Competitive advantages Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, AZ-104, MD-102). Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms or working in a tech product company.
