Job Descriptions 1. Strategic Planning & Growth Develop and implement short- and long-term e-commerce strategies to drive online revenue. Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking. 2. Product Listing & Content Management Ensure all product listings across the Website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop are up-to-date and accurate with clear descriptions, pricing, and stock. Standardize product content, including images, descriptions, and specifications. 3. Inventory & Stock Coordination Monitor daily inventory levels and update across all platforms. Coordinate with warehouse and Istore for timely stock replenishment. 4. UI/UX Optimization Identify and propose improvements in user interface and customer journey across e-commerce platforms. Conduct quarterly usability testing and implement feedback. 5. Digital Advertising & Affiliate Program Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Build and manage affiliate marketing initiatives. 6. Campaign Planning & Execution Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for promotional campaigns (e.g. festive sales, bundle promos). Integrate promotions into product pages and banners. 7. Order Management & Fulfillment Ensure timely and accurate order processing, tracking, and communication. Handle returns, refunds, and customer inquiries professionally. 8. Fulfillment Coordination Coordinate inbound/outbound order transfers and shipments with fulfillment partners. Tag and prepare stock for Istore shipment accurately. 9. Reporting & Analysis Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior. Track performance dashboards and propose improvements. Qualifications / Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder, preferable Bachelor in Sales/Marketing/E-Commerce/Business Minimum 1 year experience working in E-Commerce industry (Experience from an e-commerce marketplace will be an added advantage) Strong Product knowledge Analytical skills (Moderate) Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet (Basic - Intermediate) Performance dashboards Website E-Commerce Platform Shopify UI/UX understanding and customer journey optimization. Communication and negotiation skills - able to handle 3rd party vendors and suppliers Strong drive and resilience Strong understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customer's demand Creative and able to produce innovative and original ideas Strong interpersonal skills Show more Show less
