Digital Ads & Customer Journey Learn to set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ads by understanding different ad objectives, audiences, and placements aligned with the customer journey. 2. Content Creation & Execution Assist in creating engaging content for social media, from brainstorming ideas to filming, editing, and occasionally being in front of the camera. 3. Social Media Community Management Actively monitor comments and messages across our platforms. Engage with our audience on our own channels and selected external pages to maintain brand presence and community rapport. 4. Trendspotting & Idea Contribution Stay updated on social trends and propose fresh, creative ideas that align with our brand tone and campaign objectives.
