Reporting To : Account Manager Key Responsibilities : Assist with daily finance operations, including: Raising Purchase Orders (PO) Creating Delivery Orders (DO) Preparing and issuing invoices Perform accurate data entry in AutoCount and ABSS accounting systems for all three companies, covering transactions from 1 January 2025 to present. Maintain and update: Finance database, Finance Summary (daily basis) Organize and manage the account department's filing system (digital & physical). Provide support for ad hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned by superior. Data Entry Task Breakdown : Input sales and purchase figures from 1 January 2025 - Present Update and reconcile departmental petty cash balances Post entries into the General Ledger (GL) Record bank statement transactions Record and maintain loan statement entries Assist with other accounting-related data entry tasks as needed Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Accounting Proficient in AutoCount and ABSS accounting software At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance support roles Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills Ability to work independently and under supervision Familiarity with document filing systems (physical and electronic) Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word Show more Show less
