Responsibility & Authority :-
  • COORDINATING OFFICE ACTIVITIES AND OPERATIONS TO SECURE EFFICIENCY AND COMPLIANCE TO COMPANY POLICIES.
  • ADVISE AND ASSIST PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS IN THE APPLICATION OF PROJECT PROCEDURES, DICIPLINES AND RECORCING AND REPORTING SYSTEMS.
  • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN THE PROJECT LIBRARY, FILING, RECORDING AND REPROTING SYSTEMS.
  • CO-ORDINATE THE PRODUCTION OF ALL REPORTS AND PRODUCE PROJECTS SUMMARY REPORTS.
  • HELP TO SET UP PROJECT MEETINGS AND RECORD THE MINUTE MEETINGS.
  • COMMUNICATE PERTINENT INFORMATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND SATFF.
  • MONITOR ALL MOVING OF THE PROJECTS KEEPINGTHEM SYNCHRONIZED AND MOVING FORWARD.
  • ANALYZE PROJECT DATA AND PRODUCE PROGRES REPORTS.
  • RESPONDING TO INCOMING CALLS, EMAIL AND QUERIES FROM CLIENTS.
  • KEEP STOCK OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND PROJECT SITE WORKS SUPPLIES AND PLACE ORDERS WHEN NECESSARY.
Education/Qualification :-
  • CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS ATLEAST SPM,STPM, DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATIVE/BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR EQUIVALENT.
Experience :-
  • A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OR WORKING EXPERIENCE PERFORMING ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OR COORDINATOR, ETC.
Skills :-
  • DISCREET AND ABLE TO HANDLE PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
  • STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE AND PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUCH AS WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT OR SOFTWARE LIKE AUTOCAD OR EQUIVALENT WITH THE PLAN DRAWINGS IS EXTRA ADVANTAGE.
  • BE FLEXIBLE, EASILY ADAPT TO CHANGES AND COMFORTABLE IN DEALING WITH ALL LEVELS.
  • POSSESS POSITIVE AND GOOD WORKING ATTITUDE, HARDWORKING, TEAM PLAYER, CAN FOLLOW INSTRUCTION.
  • CAN HANDLE AD HOC TASK GIVEN BY MANAGEMENT OR SUPERIOR.
