Ensign is hiring !Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and documentation.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise progress updates.Risk & Change ManagementProactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Manage project changes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource availability.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Financial & Resource ManagementDevelop, monitor, and control project budgets, resource plans, and vendor contracts.Track project financial performance and report on variances.Key RequirementsEducation & CertificationBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe), or equivalent certification preferred.ExperienceMinimum 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/project leadership role.Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale IT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects.Experience working in consulting, technology, or financial services industry is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).Strong financial acumen and resource management capabilities.Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
