5 years++ HR experience (manufacturing/production environment preferred)
Knows Malaysian HR, labor law & statutory regulations thoroughly
Strong in end-to-end HR: hiring, payroll, admin, compliance
Good at multitasking & self-managing
BM & English & Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office & HR software
Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin/related field

Responsibilities

Manpower planning & recruitment (ads, interviews, onboarding)
Issue offer letters, confirmation letters & related HR docs
Manage payroll & statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
Oversee leave, attendance, and staff records
Handle performance appraisals & increment/confirmation processes
Organize training plans & HRDF claims
Liaise with statutory bodies (KDN, JKKP, immigration) for compliance
Renew permits for foreign workers, insurance & company assets
Drive employee welfare & company events
Support ISO 9001:2015 HR documentation & compliance
