Finance Manager

• Bridge the gap between finance and other departments (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure financial goals support the organization's broader objectives. Provide financial insights and guidance to empower informed decision-making across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior finance role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Adept in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, meticulous, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
