Responsible for the testing and maintenance of server software functions and interfaces, ensuring the resolution and closure of issues.
Conduct overall system performance parameter testing and assist the team in performance optimization and verification of test items.
Develop product test plans, test strategies, and solutions; write corresponding functional and performance test cases; and improve software testing methods and processes.
Develop and debug automated test scripts or small tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Analyze and compare competitor product metrics, output comparison results, and identify improvement goals.

How you will stand out:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
Proficient in software testing design methodologies, capable of formulating test plans and strategies based on product requirements, drafting test plans and cases, executing tests, and delivering test reports.
Familiar with commonly used Linux commands. Candidates with experience in at least one scripting language (Python/Shell) will be preferred.
Knowledge of commonly used automation frameworks and capable of developing and debugging automated test cases.
Possess sharp and detailed observation skills, with a strong sensitivity to identifying testing issues and phenomena.
Strong sense of responsibility and patience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle work under pressure.
