- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Plan, execute and supervise IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party service providers.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT performance and project status to the Management.
- Perform other assignments as required from time to time.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent from reputable university.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant industry certifications are desirable.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese would be an added advantage.
- Malaysian & Japanese candidate with minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in IT Management and strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
