  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Plan, execute and supervise IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party service providers.
  • Prepare periodic reports on IT performance and project status to the Management.
  • Perform other assignments as required from time to time.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent from reputable university.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant industry certifications are desirable.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese would be an added advantage.
  • Malaysian & Japanese candidate with minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in IT Management and strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Highly self-motivated and work well under pressure.
