Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Plan, execute and supervise IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring quality services and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party service providers.
Prepare periodic reports on IT performance and project status to the Management.
Perform other assignments as required from time to time.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent from reputable university.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and project management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant industry certifications are desirable.
Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese would be an added advantage.
Malaysian & Japanese candidate with minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in IT Management and strong track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Highly self-motivated and work well under pressure.
