Job Responsibility Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email In charge of outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting Provide an overview and upsell the products and services Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing and potential customers Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization Handle sales, products & services inquiries Job Requirements SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field Minimum 1-year experience in the area of telemarketing/tele sales (call center is advantageous) Prefer applicants who have experience in sales and marketing Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills Possess a positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Must be independent, proactive and self-driven Required language(s): English and Malaysia. Full-Time position(s) available.
