Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial disciplines.
Experience: 3-5 years in mass production or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and support production teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage complex tasks with confidence and clarity.
Coaching and mentoring expertise to empower, motivate, and grow teams while fostering accountability and success.
