Job Description: Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely bank payments Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements as well as report on the company's financial health and liquidity Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary and comply with financial policies and regulations Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding phone or mobile phone services, billing concerns or promo packages Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner Attend customer enquiry and process order and delivery Responsible for provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, handle daily account and administration duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, dairy adminstration work, any office task and etc. Manage company records, including contracts, policies, and confidential documents. Admin task, preparing invoice, maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements, filing and etc. Responsible in filling out form for all the registration/renewal application for customer, perform contract checking and submission, perform data entry, provide problem solving solutions and follow up documents with customer, agent and principle for all the cases till ends, and etc. Responsible also in sales support administrator provides administrative support to a sales department or team include answering phones, scheduling meetings and arranging travel for the sales team, following up with clients about orders and delivery, and checking invoices and etc. Responsible to prepare of full set of monthly management accounts and to support month-end closing and reporting, maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff. To purchase office supplies, arrange deliveries, and running other errands as needed. Attending to additional requests by highest management as may be required from time to time. Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines, appointment, and follow up with customer by scheduling these into the calendar accordingly for manager as well as some personal matters (when need). Provide a full range of business & administrative support such as dealing with internal & external parties, drafting letters/other correspondence, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments & meetings, and handling private & confidential matters. To perform and follow up all submission and activation for customers, key-in database and some coordination and administration related work. To handle ad-hoc task as required / any others duties when as assigned. Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed. , Job Highlights: Training will be provided. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese language is Needed as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Details and multi-tasking, flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
