Billing Assistant

- Manage the billing process for our organization, including preparing and sending invoices, managing accounts receivable, and resolving any billing discrepancies
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all billing and invoicing is accurate and timely
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely payment and resolution of any billing issues
- Provide support to the finance team as needed, including assisting with financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- At least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable management
- Experience in administrative support or equivalent
