As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.The opportunityAs a Billing Assistant, you will be a key member of our finance team, and will work closely with other departments to ensure that all billing and invoicing is completed efficiently and accurately.Your key responsibilities
  • Manage the billing process for our organization, including preparing and sending invoices, managing accounts receivable, and resolving any billing discrepancies
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all billing and invoicing is accurate and timely
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely payment and resolution of any billing issues
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed, including assisting with financial reporting and analysis
Skills and attribute to success
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
To qualify for the role you must have
  • At least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable management
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience in administrative support or equivalent
