Role Description Purpose: This position is responsible for: Maximizing the end-to-end service rate to customers at the lowest possible cost. Optimizing sourcing effectiveness by coordinating their flows and deliveries Aligning all supply chain functions in their priorities to optimize service/cost performance, solve operational issues and anticipate alerts: supply chain helpdesk Orders Fulfilment Ensure delivery within scheduled date, detect deviations between plan and actual and address issues across the Distribution Centre Manage Service Level Agreement with Customers Provide report on a regular (daily/weekly) basis on service delivery performance Inventory & Orders Planning Assist/place Purchase replenishment Orders (PO) with the support of Central Planning Team (CPT) and monitor incoming shipment Monitor inventory and its accuracy, including FIFO management, in D365 system Act as the main interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders Create Transfer Orders (TO) to replenish branches' stock Adapt the routing of customer orders based on SLA to deliver the right service at the lowest distribution cost Coordinate the setup of new flows and leading projects related Identify any improvement for inventory planning, warehouse, shipment KPI: Service Rate to customers Distribution Cost Inventory Accuracy Incoming Shipment Delivery Qualifications Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (on-site, no WFH) Requirements: Languages required: Mandarin (mandatory) & English Experience required: 1 year in a similar role Diploma or higher in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering Professional Competencies Required: o Flow Management o Customer/Supplier Relationship Management o Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (especially MS Excel) o Knowledge of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.) Leadership Competencies Required: Decision Making, Drive for Results, Customer focus, Interpersonal Savy, and Personal Learning Ready to travel up to 10% Show more Show less
