Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in customer support and be familiar with the job market context of Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Providing information about our products and services Handling customer complaints and resolving issues Processing orders and managing customer accounts Maintaining accurate customer records Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior management Participating in training and development programs to improve customer service skills Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in customer support or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk systems Proficiency in English and one or more Southeast Asian languages Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
