Roles and Responsibilities : Engage with manufacturing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable industrial products. Provide technical consultation and demonstrations, showcasing product benefits and applications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships. Manage inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely customer support. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfilment. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Deliver product training and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR : Bachelor&aposs Degree or Diploma in any related Engineering field. 2-7 Years experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector.
