• Generate new inquiries and diligently folow up to enhance the quality of enquires
• Collaborate with the technical support team to create competitive quotations and submittals
• Cultivate new customer base while maintain relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate with the service team to facilitate the successful project handover
• Negotiate contractual and commercial terms, ensuring prompt payment collection
• Channel crucial customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences or (Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 year experince in HVAC, Pumps, Cooling tower, M&E consultancy firm, M&E contractor firm industry
• Willing to travel within Malaysia
• Possess own transport
• Fluency in multiple languages will receive preferential consideration
