- Day shifts also available (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (either one) and English (fixed language role, no rotation)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese/Cantonese and English
- Basic understanding of linguistics and cross-cultural nuances
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and effective under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Independent and proactive within company policies and procedures
- Strong reporting skills to escalate issues or situations promptly
- High sense of responsibility in maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and internet browsers (Edge or others)
- Familiar with operating common office equipment (computer, fax, photocopier, telephone system)
- This is strictly an on-site role (not WFH).Candidates will support only the language hired for (Mandarin or Cantonese) and cannot switch.
- Strong English communication skills are essential, in addition to Mandarin/Cantonese fluency.

- Follows all policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
- Attends all required training.
- Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge, as required for various clients.
- Maintains confidentiality as policies.
- Uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Uses MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Edge (or other internet browser).

- Basic Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 5,000
- Transport Allowance: RM 500 per month (pro-rated on working days)
- Night shift - RM 25 per night (~RM 550/month for 22 nights)
- Day shift - RM 20 per day
- Total Monthly Package: RM 5,000 - RM 6,000+ (inclusive of allowances)
