Job Code: M40-KW-A(A35)Position: Clinic AssistantCompany Background: Aesthetic ClinicSalary Package: RM1,500 RM2,500Working Location:- Georgetown, Penang- Bukit Mertajam, Penang URGENT- Tanjung Tokong, Penang URGENT- Butterworth, Pulau Pinang (2) URGENT- Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang URGENT- Bandar Cassia, Penang URGENT- Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KL- Taman Ampang Point, Ampang URGENT- Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam URGENT- Seapark, PJ (2)- Damansara Utama, PJ (2) URGENTWorking Days: Thursday to Tuesday (clinic closed on Wednesday)Working Hours: 8am - 10pm (on-shift rotation)- Morning shift: 7.30am - 4pm- Evening shift: 1.30pm 10pm(working hours may be different with the adjustment of different branch)Benefits:- OT, Bonus, EPF AND SOSCO, 13 days of Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Medical BenefitJob Descriptions:- Assist patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room- Assist doctor/nurses with examinations and routine procedures- Assist in preparing and dispensing medications- Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism- Answer and handle incoming calls on inquires accordingly- Monitor supplies of inventories and medications- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor- Keep the clinic area clean and tidyJob Requirements:- At least 1 year of working experience as clinic assistant- Fresh graduate with relevant education background (Clinic Assistant / Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant / Radiographer) are encouraged to apply- Required Skill(s): Good computer skills, good communication skills, customer service orientated, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, good interpersonal skills- Willing to do rotate shift- Willing to work on night shift
