Job responsibilities: Handling full spectrum of Recruitment function. Such as, manage the recruitment and selection process. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates. Preparing the orientation programs to all new employees. Handle monthly payroll management and processing. Maintains and ensure all relevant daily HR operations are consistent and compliance with the company rules (statutory and non-statutory) and management standards & OHS Compliance. Assist head of department in conducting investigations of staff discipline issue and maintaining human resources staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Always maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records in at our database - HR SharePoint. Assist Head of Department in maintaining continuity among Head office, department, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Responsible for company office equipment maintenance and also planning of company events or activities on occasions by management's approval. All other HR & Admin related matters from time to time.
