for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Rasiing PO, PRFs, Checking L&D related invoices & automating the processThis position is part of the APAC Logistics & Distribution department

APAC Logistics & Distribution team
and report to the Sr, Manager Logistics & Distribution APAC region
responsible for Rasiing PO, PRFs, Checking L&D related invoices & automating the process. If you be part of vibrant, amazing, multifunctional, leadership, fast paced, role and want to work to build a world-class supply chain organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop a Mechanism for 100% bill checking with accuracy & ensure all soft copies are stored. Coordinate with various vendors, ensure that all vendors invoices are submitted in timely manner. Check bills are raised as per contract & correct tax are levied
Ensure all PO & PRF are raised as per country specific requirement & followed through approval process. Demonstrate flexibility to meet business requirements and deadlines identify areas for improvement & automation.
Efficiently managing tasks and prioritizing same & Maintain professionalism in all communications. Actively participated in team activities and meetings & operations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Should have degree from university of repute & have good command over spoken & written English.
Should have experience of 4 – 5 years in similar job profile
Proficiency MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle
Analytical skills include the ability to collect and analyze data
