Put simply, we don't just help our clients to grow - we help them to grow unforgettable. About your new role! We are looking for a dynamic Experience Consultant, Insights & Strategy to join our team. Someone who is passionate about Strategic Insights & Digital Transformation for customer experience, process optimization and change management disciplines. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility for: Solve clients business challenges to help achieve their growth objectives - including but not limited to growth strategy, customer strategy, pricing & competitor analytics, technology investments, operating model, and workforce strategies Analyze client findings and conduct research to propose strategic initiatives and roadmaps Design customer journeys and supporting end-to-end processes Execute strategy and deliver initiatives utilizing our creative, marketing and technology capabilities as an organization Collaborate with client counterparts and external vendors for project delivery Plan and execute Change Management activities, including communication and training Perform stakeholders' analysis and change impact assessment Plan and coordinate training to ensure all users are prepared for change Measure progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness Contribute to internal GrowthOps practice-building efforts such as knowledge sharing, training and culture setting Contribute to account planning strategies and develop proposals for new business opportunities What we'd love to see from you: Bachelor's degree in related field Prior exposure to professional experience in delivery or strategy supporting transformation projects Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) Strong leadership skills and time management to support multiple projects simultaneously Able to think analytically, problem solve and present ideas in a structured manner Able to travel (APAC) if the project requires What you'll get in return from us: Aside from a great remuneration package and all the flexibility you need to operate at your best, we want to see you thrive and grow with us.
