Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior QA Manager / QA Manager to lead their quality assurance team. They're looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and a proven track record of driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Lead Quality Operations: You'll oversee all quality assurance operations, ensuring our client's processes meet the highest industry standards.Drive Customer Satisfaction: You will manage customer escalation and complaint processes, implementing effective resolutions and leading initiatives to reduce future complaints.Manage Quality Systems: You'll maintain and improve their quality management systems, ensuring full compliance with IATF 16949 and other key automotive customer standards. This includes leading internal audits and managing certification programs for manufacturing specialists.Ensure Process Excellence: You'll establish and manage quality gates, process controls, and clean room standards. You will also oversee incoming material quality and lead supplier quality audits.Collaborate and Lead: You will guide a team of QA engineers and cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI), to ensure quality deliverables are met.
