Role Overview We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Sales Manager. with a proven track record in IT Services sales, specifically targeting the Public Sector (70% focus). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with key public sector accounts such as MOM and LTA, along with strong connections and sales experience in top-tier IT Services companies. This role demands a hunter mindset, capable of developing winning strategies, acquiring new logos, and driving substantial business growth. Location : MALAYSIA (onsite) Experience : 15+ years Type : Permanent Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across varied sales cycles. Focus on Public Sector opportunities (70% target) with emphasis on key accounts such as MOM and LTA. Maintain a robust and well-managed sales pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement with customers. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure account retention and expansion. Promote IT service offerings such as ServiceNow, Outsystems, Microsoft , with added advantage if experienced in Salesforce or Pega . Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Lead complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closures for high-value contracts. Introduce process improvements and adopt innovative sales methodologies to enhance results. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. 15-20 years of sales experience with a strong track record in Public Sector accounts. Proven expertise in selling IT services, including ServiceNow, Outsystems, and Microsoft solutions. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets. Solid network and connections within Public Sector organizations, preferably MOM and LTA. Experience with major systems integrators and large-scale account management. Strong skills in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis. Hunter mindset, adept at securing new logos and driving business growth. Other Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) . Exposure to Salesforce or Pega platforms is a plus. History of stable, long-term employment with previous employers (avoidance of short tenures). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
