As Toluna enters its next phase of exciting growth we are looking for a dynamic and intelligent person to support the sales drive in this next chapter. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales directors to work with clients on a daily basis. You will help assess projects regarding their suitability as an online study, before providing a full pricing proposal. In meeting their objectives, the Account Executive will, develop proposals, liaise with clients and to ensure all sales administrative is done in an orderly & timely manner (including invoicing). Roles & Responsibilities ???? Support commercial team for new and existing accounts; Provide sales support to commercial team; Understand client project briefs, create & log project feasibility for studies and full bid creation; Ensure all business administrative tasks are completed, including preparing invoices, sending proposals/bids to clients, providing commercial reports internally; Develop excellent client relationships offering value-added input to their business; Provide smooth transitions to Client Services after projects are won; Input all relevant information into the appropriate sales tracking databases, including: bids, prospect, client contact, meeting reports, etc. Keep track of progress on won projects and assisting with issue resolution if required. Skills and Experience ???? 3 - 5 years of experience in a B2B environment. Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with the need to prioritise effectively in order to react in a timely manner to client demand. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency essential. Proficiency in advanced applications of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com. Knowledge of the Market Research industry and how clients in this space work (i.e. their challenges) is desirable but not essential. Willing to work in Australian hours.
