Job Responsibility Present and explain the features and benefits of products/services to potential customers. Customize sales pitches to match customer needs and preferences. Guide customers through the sales process and overcome objections. Close sales over the phone and achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement. Address customer queries and provide additional information as needed. Job Requirements Previous telesales or telemarketing experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with the products/services being offered. Willingness to continually update knowledge about the products/services. Resilience and ability to handle rejection. Persistence and determination to overcome challenges in the sales process. Job Benifits Working Hour : Weekdays 10AM - 6PM Competitive commission rewards Additional rewards monthly and quarterly Near MRT Station
