- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and writers to develop and present creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Translate client briefs into clear project plans, ensuring alignment with brand tone, business goals, and audience needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, editors, developers, and strategists, to deliver seamless execution.
- Develop and manage timelines, allocate resources, and track project milestones to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Review and quality-check deliverables to uphold creative standards, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyse content performance metrics and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance creative output or expand campaign scope in partnership with account or strategy leads.
- Stay current with creative trends, content formats, and tools to inform client recommendations and internal processes.
- Experience in creative services, project management, content strategy, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or content-focused team.
- Strong background managing a wide range of creative deliverables across formats and platforms.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects at once.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence managing both clients and internal teams.
- Understanding of brand strategy, content planning, and creative workflows.
- High attention to detail with experience in quality assurance, editing, and final delivery of creative work.
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) is a plus.
- Able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
