Project
  • Global L2 support for SE Asia, UK & North America
Must Have
  • SQL
  • API Testing (Postaan etc)
Nice to have
  • JSON/XML data formats
  • REST API understanding and troubleshooting
  • HAR file analysis and debugging
  • .NET
Level / Grade
  • 2 + years in an application support or engineering role
  • Reporting to the IT Service Manager based in KL
  • Application support team is 6 people, multi cultural team, of various ages & backgrounds
Location
  • 100% remote work (has been 100% remote since 2021)
  • Must be able to work on 2 week rotational shift
  • Start times 8am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm (40 hours per week)
