
Assistant Finance Manager, RTR

- You will support the Manager in identifying areas for process optimization and conducting quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures.
- You will perform multiple accounting tasks, including reporting and intercompany fixed Asset, Cash management and General ledger transaction processing, while investigating, resolving, and escalating issues promptly.
- You will have a working knowledge of regional VAT/GST regulations and their applications.
- You will maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and metric controls, while also distinguishing between financial and management reporting requirements.
- You will maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing professional and consistent service in resolving inquiries related to fixed assets and intercompany activities.
- You will lead process improvements for managing intercompany and fixed asset transactions, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring accurate execution within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GL and reporting processes with in-depth knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements
- Experienced in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion will be at advantage.
