We collaborate to streamline processes and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.Get to know the Role:You will be reporting to Finance Manager and you will support all Intercompany, Fixed Asset and Reporting related activities. The main accountabilities includes ensuring service delivery in accordance to SLAs / KPIs and quality review, providing clear direction to the team following Finance Ops Support and Services strategy.This role is based on-site in our Petaling Jaya office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformFunctional

You will support the Manager in identifying areas for process optimization and conducting quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures.
You will perform multiple accounting tasks, including reporting and intercompany fixed Asset, Cash management and General ledger transaction processing, while investigating, resolving, and escalating issues promptly.
You will have a working knowledge of regional VAT/GST regulations and their applications.
You will maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and metric controls, while also distinguishing between financial and management reporting requirements.
You will maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing professional and consistent service in resolving inquiries related to fixed assets and intercompany activities.
You will lead process improvements for managing intercompany and fixed asset transactions, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring accurate execution within budget.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
Minimum 5 years of experience in GL and reporting processes with in-depth knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements
Experienced in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion will be at advantage.
