Job Responsibility Provide basic needs for children Develop and deliver interactive learning programs designed to engage and educate young children Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals Track children's progress and report to parents Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards Help children reach developmental milestones Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent Candidate that contain relevant 1 year working experience will be an advantage Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods Excellent communication and instructional skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable A passion for early childhood development We also welcome candidates who do not have any working experience in this specific industry but are eager to transition into IT, their application will still be taken into consideration Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
